Email stationery is available for Microsoft Outlook 2003 & 2007, Outlook Express (XP) and Windows Mail (Vista).
How do I check what email program I am using?
Open your email program, go to the Help menu drop-down, then About – and your answer could be one of the following: Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007, Outlook Express (XP) or Windows Mail (Vista).
Can I use email stationery on a Mac using Mail or Entourage?
No. Ask us about signatures for Mac.
How does email stationery work?
Simply load your email stationery into Outlook. It appears automatically whenever you create a new message.
Is it difficult to set up my new email stationery?
No. It’s quick to install and easy to use. We send you easy to follow instructions and you can phone us for help if you need it.
Can I use email stationery on more than one computer?
Yes, you just install the files on any computer you want and start sending emails.
Can I send images and attachments when I am using my mail stationery?
Yes
I have lost my files what should I do?
Send us an email and we will send them to you again. We keep backups (archived files).
Can I use email stationery with my webmail service? (Gmail / Hotmail / Xtramail / your ISP email)
No. An email client like Microsoft Outlook is needed to use email stationery. If your web mail provider offers POP3 service then you can use Outlook or Outlook Express, which comes with the Microsoft XP operating system. If you have Vista you can use Windows Mail. Refer to your email provider for help setting up outlook.
Why doesn’t email stationery work with web-based email? (Webmail)
Webmail doesn't have the niceties such as stationery features for sending.
Does email stationery work when I send a reply or forward an email?
Email stationery is only for new messages – not for replies and forwards.
Is it possible to set up email stationery for multiple email accounts?
No, but you can set the default stationery for all new messages and select another stationery for a single message.
Microsoft Outlook doesn’t allow stationery to be configured for individual users or email accounts. Outlook stationery and themes are applied to all messages across all email accounts by default.
How many ways can I use email stationery?
You can use stationery in the following ways:
- Set the default stationery for all new messages.
- Don’t set the default stationery.
- Set the default stationery for all new messages and turn the stationery off for a single message.
- Don’t set default stationery for all new messages and turn on the stationery for a single message.
- Set the default stationery for all new messages and select another stationery for a single message.
How do I apply stationery to a single message?
- From the Actions menu select New Mail Message Using.
- Select the stationery you want or HTML (No Stationery).
Can I send messages without using email stationery?
Yes, just turn it off.
